The whole building is beautiful, kept in amazing condition and very clean. The staff from the office (especially Samantha!) to the grounds crew are great at their jobs and are friendly and helpful. My husband and I loved living here and the only reason we left was because he got a job out of state. If we ever move back to the area we will be looking at Covell again!

I have called this apartment community home for over 5 years and it just keeps getting better. From the friendly neighbors to the attentive staff, this place has everything I need. Rachel from the management office deserves special recognition. She goes above and beyond to make sure all the residents feel cared for. Whether it's helping to resolve maintenance requests or planning fun community events, her passion for creating a positive living environment is evident. I can't see myself leaving this wonderful community anytime soon.

Since before we even moved in, the Covell team has been outstanding. Megan in particular has answered all of our millions of questions and has continued to do so even after move in! We moved in site unseen from across the country and the team was kind enough to send actual videos and photos of our unit. We feel super safe here and have had such a good experience with parking, mail, and more. Really lucky to have found these apartments!!

Amazing place. Moved in a couple months ago and the staff alone are amazing. The apartment was built in 2017 and are more updated than the ones I toured and were built in 2021. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. Highly recommend

Rachael has been an invaluable member of our community for years. Her dedication to listening compassionately and responding thoughtfully to residents' diverse needs has greatly contributed to many people feeling at home here. Though addressing hundreds of requests must be demanding, Rachael perseveres admirably. We are grateful for her efforts to understand and assist residents, which make such a positive difference.

The maintenance team is amazing! I called in to get something fixed in my unit. They had it completed by the time I came home from work. Same day. They were so quick and fixed the issue in no time. I am very pleased with this amazing team. Josie

Came in to check things out and was given burritos even though we aren’t residents! (Yet) Amazing placement of complex, very quiet and hidden on the side road, wonderful amenities and such a sweet team! Thank you for letting us tour!
